  • When: March 16th, 13-15
  • Who: All Members of Hepcats Copenhagen (note an active membership is needed for voting)
  • Why: Get to know your community a little better – wanna contribute? Join the board to add to it!
  • Bonus: There will be CAKE 😀

  • Valg af dirigent (selection of Assembly Chair)
  • Bestyrelsens beretning (board report for 2024)
  • Regnskab for det forløbne år til godkendelse (accounts for 2024 for approval)
  • Behandling af indkomne forslag (incoming suggestions – send to info@hepcats.dk)
  • Fastsættelse af kontingent (deciding on Membership fee for 2025)
  • Valg af bestyrelsesmedlemmer og suppleanter (selection of board members)
  • Valg af revisor og suppleant (selection of Auditor)
