Payments

The fee for your chosen class(es) is deducted from your credit card, once you have been accepted into your chosen class(es). Your order status will change to Completed, when you have been accepted.

If you are not accepted into your chosen classes or the class is cancelled before the start date, you will not be charged.

Hepcats Copenhagen is a non-profit organisation and you must be a member to take classes with us. Memberships are sold for each half-year season, Spring and Autumn. Memberships expire automatically, if they are not extended.

All prices include moms (VAT).

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Please contact Hepcats Copenhagen via the contact information listed below and request a refund.

No refunds are given once the class has started, even if this within 14 days of your order.

In the unusual circumstance that a class in cancelled in the middle of a class term you will be refunded a proportional amount.

Class Availability

By signing up on Hepcats.dk you are not guaranteed a place in your selected class(es). Students are accepted on a First Come/ First Served basis also taking into consideration a good lead/ follow ratio.

You will not be charged the class fee before you are accepted into your chosen class.

Signing up with a partner

Signing up with a partner can help secure a place for you in your chosen class. But please note that your partner must also sign up on their own. If your partner does not sign up or cancels their registration, you might also loose your place in the selected class.

Class levels

Please note that all classes have a description of the requirements for attending the class. If you choose to sign up for a class, it is your responsibility to ensure that your skill level matches the class requirements.

If, during the term of the class, the teachers decide that you are far from the required skill level, they can ask you to leave the class. No refunds will be given in that case.

Data policy

Hepcats Copenhagen will not share your personal information with any 3rd party, unless as required by Danish law. We will store your data for up to 5 years from your latest purchase as required by Danish law.
