‘Slow Bal (for Lindy hoppers) continued…’
This is the continuation class for the previous round of Slow Ball for Lindy Hoppers.
In this class we will continue our adventure in to the world of SlowBal by building on what we learned in the last round and continue to explore the rhythms, feelings and connections in the dance.
This is a continuation class, so in order to join, you must have participated in the last Hepcats round of SlowBal or have equivalent SlowBal experience from somewhere else.
