It’s summer and soon it’s time for Hepcats Thursday Summer classes – and we offer two tracks – a continuation of your Lindy Hop adventure for Beginners / Beginners-Intermediate and a series of Theme Classes for Intermediate / Intermediate-Experienced, two weeks in a row, 19.30-21.00

Summer theme-classes (2 levels) – DKK 125 for 90 minutes of class

  • Beginners-Intermediate (1-3 rounds of classes / 6-18 weeks of experience)

    • Target level: For dancers who has completed a Hepcats Beginners, Beginners-Intermediate or similar course, targetting dancers with 6-18 weeks of LindyHop experience
    • Level requirements: Requires basic knowledge of the 8-count Swing-Out and the Charleston – if you have participated in the 6-week Hepcats Beginners class, you have what it takes.
    • Time and place: Idrætsfabrikken, likely 1st floor (upstairs), 19.30-21.00, on 26th of June
    • Cost: DKK 125 for 90 min. of classes

  • Intermediate and Up (4+ rounds of classes / 18+ weeks of experience)

    • Target level: For dancers who has been dancing LindyHop at Hepcats Intermediate level at least one round… or similar level, targetting dancers with 18+ weeks of LindyHop experience
    • Level requirements: Requires solid knowledge of the 8-count Swing-Out, the Charleston and 6-counts – if you have participated in the Hepcats Intermediate class, you have what it takes.
    • Time and place: Idrætsfabrikken, likely Værkstedet), 19.30-21.00, on 26th of June
    • Cost: DKK 125 for 90 min. of classes

June 26th

  • Beginners / Beginners-Intermediate Track: Hanna & Sune
  • Intermediate / Experienced Track: Annette & Jon – Social, Social, Social! This class is all about dancing thogether and changing parter during the dance like  in folk dance but lindy style! We will work on different ways for both the lead and the follow to rotate to the next partner as an integral part of the dance.

 

All classes are followed by social dancing at Værkstedet (21-late).
